Premium Domestic Lamb - Lamb Bone In Strip Steaks These steaks are cut from the strip side of a lamb loin. At J.B. Hendry we choose to offer these strips bone- in as this provides enhanced flavor to this already tender and juicy steak. Two of these succulent steaks are an ideal serving.

Premium Domestic Lamb - Lamb Loin Porterhouse Chops These great chops are cut from the whole lamb loin. To one side of the bone you will find the tender or filet, and on the other the side the strip. It provides a wonderful combination of taste and texture.
