The J.B. Hendry Ribeye Steak is hand cut from our wet aged center cut rib roast, more commonly known as a prime rib roast. It has rich marbling throughout the entire steak which provides for it’s unique flavor and texture. We offer this cut boneless, which is also called a Delmonico Steak, or bone-in, which is also called a Cowboy Steak.
