NATURAL DRY AGED ANGUS

J.B. Hendry Natural Dry Aged Angus Beef offers all the same benefits of our regular (or wet aged) natural beef, but with added flavor and tenderness.  Dry aging is a process which allows the meat to be exposed to air inside specially designed coolers causing the meat to age from the outside in.  This gives our beef  a distinct rich flavor and texture that is unique to this process.   Dry aged natural beef is a rare product offering that we are proud to make available to you.


Dry Aged Natural Angus Beef - Bone In Ribeye

The J.B. Hendry Ribeye Steak is hand cut from our wet aged center cut rib roast, more commonly known as a prime rib roast. It has rich marbling throughout the entire steak which provides for it’s unique flavor and texture. We offer this cut boneless, which is also called a Delmonico Steak, or bone-in, which is also called a Cowboy Steak


Dry Aged Natural Angus Beef - Boneless Ribeye

Dry Aged Natural Angus Beef - Porterhouse

The J. B. Hendry porterhouse is a fabulous combination of flavors and textures. It offers both a tender filet and a hearty, well marbled strip steak. Both steaks are provided with enhanced flavor due to the T shaped bone that divides them. The distinction between a porterhouse steak and a T-bone steak is that the porterhouse has a larger filet, making it the preferred cut. Our porterhouses are cut from short loins that have been wet aged to perfection, allowing the steaks to reach the peak of flavor and tenderness.
