The J. B. Hendry porterhouse is a fabulous combination of flavors and textures. It offers both a tender filet and a hearty, well marbled strip steak. Both steaks are provided with enhanced flavor due to the T shaped bone that divides them.  Our porterhouses are cut from short loins that have been wet aged to perfection, allowing the steaks to reach the peak of flavor and tenderness.
