The J.B. Hendry Ribeye Steak is hand cut from our wet aged center cut rib roast, or prime rib roast. It has rich marbling throughout the entire steak which provides for it’s unique flavor and texture. We offer this cut boneless, called a Delmonico Steak, or bone-in,  called a Cowboy Steak.
